Refund Policy

Donations and event registration fees may be canceled and refunded within one business day of the transaction for any reason. 
Virtual event registration fees may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled event.
In-person or live event registration fee cancelation policies are event-dependent and may vary depending on the type of event and event logistics. Please see the event page for refund policy details.  

Event registrations may be transferred from one member to another at any time up to 24 hours before the scheduled event. Event registrations may be transferred from a member to a nonmember up to 24 hours before the scheduled event, plus the cost difference between the member and nonmember pricing.
