What the Pandemic Gave Us
As we look back at one of the roughest years on the record books, it’s easy to overlook the actual good that happened during this global upheaval. On December 17th at 11 am, we’ll focus on what the pandemic gave us -- with stories from around the world. You’ll hear about a new Seattle network of businesses that was born, where businesses are helping businesses. Or a Ministry of Education worker in Denmark who left her job and reinvented herself… and a new knitting business. While many lost jobs, many discovered new and better opportunities or began journeys of self-discovery. Some found the new virtual work life and not having to commute gave them the freedom to move to a community they’d always desired.
PRSA Puget Sound will wrap the year with personal stories from around the world of the good the pandemic gave us, and how people translated challenge into opportunity.
